  3. Damaged Items: If your order arrives with damaged packaging, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund for the damaged items.

  4. Incorrect or Expired Products: If you receive the wrong essential oil or if the product has expired, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will send you the correct item or offer a refund.

Non-Eligible Items:

  1. Opened or Used Products: We cannot accept returns for opened or used essential oil bottles due to their nature as personal care items.

  2. Personal Preference: Returns based on personal preference, such as disliking the scent, are not eligible for a refund.
